Happy Birthday, Anyuan! Hope you have a 'whale' of a time!
Today, Mason and Jacob took the 'guts' out of our pumpkin...then Hannah and Ashlynn cleaned the seeds and placed them on paper to dry. Later, we decided the best strategy to count our pumpkin seeds was to place them in groups of ten. Mason came closest to estimating the number of seeds in our very large pumpkin...he guessed 340 and there were actually 653!!! Mrs. A only estimated 200 pumpkin seeds.
